An Honest Limitation
We are not an ambulance or licensed medical transport provider. Drivers do not provide clinical care, supervision, stretchers, oxygen, or other medical equipment. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles may be requested and are used only when that assignment is confirmed. Travelers must confirm any escort or assistance requirements with their care provider and arrange a companion when needed; a chauffeur does not substitute for a required post-procedure escort. Patients who need medical monitoring during transit should use a licensed medical transport provider. Driver wait time in hospital loading zones can be restricted, so we coordinate pickup calls in advance. We also cannot enter hospital patient rooms, so pickup and drop-off occur at designated entrances.
