Have these ready

- People and bags: the real passenger count and the number of large suitcases.
- Stops: every stop between pickup and drop-off, so the quote covers them.
- Contact: the rider's name and a mobile number that will answer on the day.

What happens after you submit
Reserve online or call for a quote. Chauffeur details are sent when the assigned operator confirms the trip. A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation until that confirmation arrives.
Changes after booking go through dispatch rather than the chauffeur, so the quote and the vehicle plan stay in step. For airport pickups, a flight number lets dispatch follow the arrival and adjust staging.
Hourly or one-way?
Choose one-way service for a single trip; airport and point-to-point transfers are quoted from the itinerary. Choose hourly service when the car should stay with you between stops. The table below shows the hourly estimates for each class.
Vehicle options and hourly rates
Hourly service has a three-hour minimum. Sedan and SUV estimates include the configured gratuity, tax/surcharge and card-fee adjustments. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. One-way transfers are quoted from the itinerary, with floors of $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV.
