Which way to reach us

• Online reservations: standard airport transfers, point-to-point rides and hourly bookings where you already know the vehicle, the addresses and the times.
• Phone: trips that are coming up soon, or a question you want answered before you book. A call is a request, not a confirmed car.
• Online reservations also handle multi-stop days, groups, event schedules and Sprinter requests. Enter your itinerary details on the booking page.

What happens after you send a request

Dispatch reviews the itinerary, confirms the vehicle class and sends a written quote that states the price and what it includes, such as tolls, parking and wait time. The reservation is confirmed by that quote and the assigned operator's confirmation, and driver details follow once the operator is set.

Hourly service is estimated from the published rate card with a three-hour minimum: $120 for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 starting for the Mercedes S-Class and $240 starting for the Sprinter. The booking form confirms the final price for the S-Class and Sprinter. Airport and point-to-point transfers are quoted from the itinerary.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel, contact dispatch by phone and keep the confirmation you receive. Cancellation, wait, overtime and payment timing follow the written quote and the assigned provider's confirmation, so read those terms before the trip.
