FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about reservations, vehicles, and service area.

How is pricing calculated?

Hourly estimates use the published sedan, SUV, S-Class, and Sprinter rates, each with a three-hour minimum. Hourly estimates include the configured gratuity, tax/surcharge, and card-fee adjustments. Airport and point-to-point transfers require an itinerary quote and do not inherit the hourly minimum. Sedan and SUV floors are not route fares. Confirm vehicle, stops, fees, and terms in the written quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation, wait, overtime, and payment timing follow the written quote and the assigned provider's confirmation. Contact New York dispatch to change or cancel a reservation, then keep the confirmation you receive.

Do you track flights?

When you provide a commercial flight number for Austin-Bergstrom, San Antonio International, or Killeen Regional Airport, dispatch can monitor that flight and adjust staging. You should still send a message for a diversion, a terminal change, or a long delay after you land. Provide the flight number when booking.

Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?

The assigned operator confirms the meeting point for your flight. At Austin-Bergstrom, taxi and app pickup is under the Consolidated Rental Car Facility behind the Red Garage. Request an indoor name-sign greeting if you need one, then follow the confirmation.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Child seats can be requested. Texas requires appropriate restraints for young passengers. Specify age and weight when booking so the assigned operator can confirm the correct seat. Availability and any fee are in the written quote, not assumed from a website photo.

Is gratuity included?

Hourly estimates include the configured gratuity, tax/surcharge, and card-fee adjustments. Transfer inclusions vary by itinerary. The written quote and assigned-provider confirmation state what that trip includes.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Corporate billing, named contacts, and multi-stop run sheets can be requested. Setup timing and invoice terms are those confirmed in writing. Contact New York dispatch with the travel-manager details rather than assuming monthly billing or priority inventory.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Austin and surrounding communities including Round Rock, West Lake Hills, Tarrytown, The Domain, South Congress, East Austin, and Mueller. Regional transfers to San Antonio, Killeen, Fredericksburg, Waco, and College Station are quoted as separate itineraries. Long-distance trips need advance booking.

Is there a minimum booking time for hourly charters?

Core hourly charters require a three-hour minimum. Transfers require an itinerary quote and do not inherit the hourly minimum. Adding a stop to a transfer is not an automatic hourly conversion; ask for a revised itinerary quote or compare retained hourly service when that fits the day.

What types of vehicles are available?

The affiliate fleet includes executive sedans, SUVs, Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, and executive vans. Sedans suit one to three passengers. SUVs handle four to six with luggage. Plan for up to 12 passengers and 12 bags in a Sprinter, subject to assigned configuration and luggage size. Groups of 13 or more need coordinated vehicles. Availability depends on the date.

How much luggage fits in the vehicle?

A typical sedan holds about two large and two carry-on bags. An SUV often fits more, still subject to the assigned vehicle. Sprinter vans handle group luggage only within the confirmed configuration. Tell us about oversized items when booking.

Are tolls included in the rate?

Tolls on SH-130, SH-45, and MoPac Express lanes are used when they save time and are authorized for the trip. Whether they are included is stated in the written quote. Parking charges, if any, are specified in the quote.
